Standard Modification, Cancellation  and NoShow Policy will be posted in the booking voucher.

All rooms are non-smoking. Smoking is prohibited inside the hotel rooms and within the hotel premises. Kindly ask any hotel representative for the designated smoking area in the hotel.

A penalty of Php 5,000.00 will be charged for any violation of the policy.

Refundable security cash deposit of Php 1,000.00 will be required upon check-in.

Children ages 12 years old and below sharing with parents are free of charge in the room but not complimentary in the use of any of the facilities in the hotel.

Thus, children ages 13 years old and above are already considered adults, and are subject to extra person charge payable at the hotel.

No pets are allowed in the hotel to ensure the safety and comfort of all guests.

1. The Resort Hotel has fire alarms. Emergency exits one properly identified and easily accessible.
2. Each floor, building, and hallways are equipped with 12MP CCTV cameras and an alarm system.
3. Our emergency response team is always on hand to respond to emergencies.
4. A fire exit plan is posted at the back of the door of each guest room.
5. Do not leave your valuable items/properties unattended inside the guest room or in public areas, including but not limited to function rooms, restaurants & bar outlets. The Resort Hotel will not be held liable for losses or damages to your valuables.
6. In compliance with the Philippine Hotel Code and campaign against Human trafficking and exploitation of minors, the hotel is commited to providing a safe environment for all our guests. All occupants of our guest rooms must be registered at the Frontdesk. Anyone in the company of minors can be stopped for questioning.
7. To avoid unnecessary inconvenience, please be reminded of the importance of verifying the age of your local guest(s) and/or companion(s).

1. Drugs and weapons are strictly not allowed inside the premises of the resort.
2. Weapons or Firearms will be turned over to the security guard for safe keeping while inside the premises of the resort.
3. Alcoholic beverages are not allowed in the lobby.
4. Alcoholic beverage are available at our restaurant and bar outlets.

A la carte breakfast for in-house guests (except Group Suite Rooms) is complimentary at Bravo Ristorante and Cafe from 6:30 am to 10:30 am only.

Breakfast is NON TRANSFERABLE or CONVERTIBLE.
